Todd is a take no prisoners kind it agent. A pit bull when it comes to helping you buying or selling your home. He keeps you in the loop from start to finish, and does everything possible to make sure you're satisfied with the process. I was so happy with his service, I sent others his way. Todd is AMAZING! He does not pressure you in any way and only provides enthusiastic support for you and all your needs, even when you ask him to show you 10 residences a month and do not make any offers. He’s always smiling and TRULY wants the best for everyone he serves. He’s very knowledgeable about his community and researched ANYWHERE and ANYTHING I have interest in; condos, houses, properties… you name it! He even goes ahead of time and finds out EVERYTHING he possibly can about my interest at the time. I found him from a community post and loved his responses. I was in a bind and needed an agent fast. While we lived in California, we worked with Todd to sell our Chatsworth home and well as my mother's condo nearby at a later date. We selected him for his knowledge of the area which turned out to be not just an understanding of an area, but even specific neighborhoods and streets. What we got with Todd was someone who is incredibly ethical, constantly worked the marketing side, and made sure offers were strong and viable. In fact, he was able to negotiate extremely favorable sales and terms in both of our cases. He is easy to work with, does this full time (yes it matters!), and might suggest a few things to do to improve your selling leverage, but in no way does he ask you to do anything unreasonable. We highly recommend him and would work with only him in the market if the opportunity came up again.

Todd was outstanding! Attention to detail made the process of our home smooth as silk. Todd also went out of his way to deal with a shady contractor we had doing work on the house before we moved in and very much appreciated. Also has a huge heart and works tirelessly in our community, our kids and sports. Highly recommend him.

We recently moved from the Bay Area to Camarillo. We knew we would have limited time in the area to support the home search ourselves so we were looking for an agent who would be able to provide the support necessary to help us find the perfect home, despite the fact that we were unfamiliar with the area and living hours away, and we were lucky enough to find Todd. Todd was readily available to help us with our search whenever we were able to be in the area. We were typically in town for just a day or two and he did an amazing job of ensuring we were able to see all of the homes we were interested in during our short visits. Todd also supported our search when we were not able to see a home in person by previewing the homes and making us videos, etc. Once we found the perfect house Todd did a wonderful job representing us when we couldn't be there ourselves. He was able to meet the other agent, our contractors, inspectors, etc. and made us feel comfortable throughout this process despite the fact that we were 5 hours away. We highly recommend Todd and cannot thank him enough for all of his help!!

Todd was one of the realtors that helped me in my home purchase a few years back. He was very friendly and easy to work with. This was my first home purchase so I had no experience or knowledge about the process. Todd and his associate Ron walked me through the entire process. They helped me deal with all the associated tasks including inspections, escrow, and loan paperwork. Todd was great during the whole house buying process - definitely goes above and beyond from answering EVERY question we had (no matter how dumb/basic and sometimes in the middle of the night!) to playing with our daughter while we toured houses so we could take a closer look.Todd was also really accommodating whether is was just my wife or I with him or when we dragged along a huge group of family members over the holidays - and when we found houses with serious issues (plumbing, foundation, etc.) he seemed even more upset with the sellers than we were... I'd highly recommend Todd and would use him again.
